Refund policy

RAKASU THE CROW (hereafter THE STORE) is an on-demand printing and fulfillment service that offers a variety of custom products such as t-shirts, posters, and phone cases. Our return policies may vary depending on the specific product, reason for the return, and location of the customer. 

RAKASU the crow return policies:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: THE STORE will replace or refund any products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must provide clear photos of the damage or defect within 14 days of receiving the product.

  2. Incorrect Address: THE STORE will reship any orders that are returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  3. Unclaimed Packages: THE STORE is not responsible for packages that are returned as unclaimed. Customers must pay for reshipment if they wish to have their order sent again.

  4. Size Exchange: THE STORE will offer size exchanges for clothing items if the customer receives an incorrect size or if the product does not fit properly. The customer must provide clear photos of the product and size measurements. Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to THE STORE.

  5. Other Returns: THE STORE does not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect product selection. However, they may consider returns on a case-by-case basis.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore THE STORE reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
